A conference plan for people who would rather be building something
Five Conversations
You do not need to work the room. You need to hit a number. Five real conversations over three days, each one planned before you get on the plane.
Define the win
One sentence, one number. A conversation counts if you learned something, they would take your call, or you gave them something useful.
Plan each person
Seven lines per target. Opener, three questions, the ask, the exit line. Four minutes each.
Capture and follow up
Two minutes after. Thirty minutes on Thursday. That is where the return on the trip lives.
The tool at the center
A question generator that gets better the more conversations you have.
Build. Break. Bridge. Give it a name and a role and it writes an opener specific to that person, the three questions worth asking, and the behavioural questions that get you what you actually came for. It reads your past conversations and converges on your voice.
The only failure is coming home with nothing you did not know when you left.
